Hidden / 2014
The mirror, as camouflage, as release of identity, as a coalition of self and social perception, as a balance between objective and subjective perception, as boarder. The figure finds itself in a scraggy, stony mountain landscape and has to adapt to the circumstances. He tries to hide, to disappear, to adapt, to be invisible. The hidden reflection is an echo of the observer himself. The structure oft he landscape continuous and starts to melt with the figure. The arising configurations create alienated, surreal scenes and open wide interpretation rooms and questions in different directions. What about the Individual? What about camouflaged, fake identities in the digital world? What about anonymous, loud opinions? What about disappearing individualism? What about people without real faces? At the end remains the matrix of the geometrical form reflecting the environment!
